“They all did an outstanding job,” Chamblin said. Belle Maison
Antiques’ latest shipment from France arrived just in time for the
grand reopening. It has 169 items, consisting of the usual favorites
from the 18th and 19th centuries— handsome buffets and chests, rustic
farm tables , elegant mirrors, varieties of chairs (singles, pairs and
dining), interesting chandeliers and unusual decorative objects. In
addition, the shipment contains an array of vintage furniture from the
era between 1940-60 and some exceptional bamboo furniture from the
late 19th and early 20th centuries. Each piece was hand-picked by
Chamblin in France and Belgium. Check out the items at

The
shop’s reopening also will feature many new custom lamps created by
the talented couple, Robin and Scott, of The Shade Above. “I am
thrilled with the end result,” Chamblin said. “The upgraded aesthetics
provide an excellent
backdrop for displaying my merchandise.” |
